CHICKEN CAESAR WRAP

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups grilled chicken breast, sliced or chopped
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 large whole wheat tortillas (or any wrap of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup croutons (optional, for extra crunch)
  • Freshly ground black pepper (optional)
  • Lemon wedges (optional for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:
    • If your chicken isn’t cooked, grill or sauté it with a bit of olive oil, salt, and pepper until it’s fully cooked. Let it cool slightly before slicing or chopping it into bite-sized pieces.
    • Wash and chop the romaine lettuce.
  2. Mix the Filling:
    • In a large bowl, combine the grilled chicken, romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing. Toss everything together until well coated.
  3. Assemble the Wraps:
    • Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
    • Divide the chicken Caesar mixture evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center of each wrap.
    • If using croutons, sprinkle a few on top for added crunch.
    • Season with freshly ground black pepper, if desired.
  4. Wrap It Up:
    • Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up from the bottom to the top, making sure it’s tightly wrapped.
    • Slice the wrap in half diagonally for easier handling and a nice presentation.
